March is Strength Month at Krank. If you love cycling with us, you have heard this phrase so many times and will many time to come, “Speed plus Resistance equals Lean Muscle.” And we are serious about this for your long time fitness goals! So this month we are encouraging you to think more on the strength side and try a Krank Strength or 30/30! We will be featuring specific muscles groups each week and sending out some great words of wisdom from all the strength instructors! Should be super fun! Hope you will join in!
